Lawrence Creek Contracting, LLC, located in Shafer, MN, has been around since 2017. Current owner, Jeremy Vitalis, took over in 2018.
Vitalis, a longtime resident of Shafer, MN (now residing in St Croix Falls, WI), has always kept his fingers dirty ever since he graduated high school.
Quitting college and buying a lawnmower were the first steps towards his dreams of independent freedoms. Moving on to landscaping and forming Wild River Contracting, Inc. in 1998 are where things really took off.
After obtaining his contracting license, Vitalis started building and remodeling around the area. Involved in many residential and commercial projects, Vitalis continued to construct while running a full time excavating company to help compliment the full scale portion of construction.
Wild River Contracting, Inc. specialized in site work, demolition, installation of new septic systems, emergency utility work and repair, tree clearing, and more.
Adding a sewer pumping and service company in 2005, Rowe Sewer Service, was a mainstay in the community providing septic pumping, service work, septic installations, and portable toilets.
Vitalis was forced out of business in 2010 due to unforeseen circumstances, but that didn’t stop him in achieving his goals.
In 2016, Northern Sewer Service, LLC was formed and Vitalis was back in the driver’s seat out doing sewer line cleanings, camera inspections, jetting, and more.
In 2017, Lawrence Creek Contracting, LLC was formed with a Bobcat, truck, and some hand tools.
Today, Lawrence Creek Contracting, LLC has evolved into more than just a self-employed commitment. With new employees and equipment, we are ready to serve new and existing customers just like we did when we were Wild River Contracting.
