Lawrence Creek Contracting, LLC is a licensed general contractor in the state of MN.
Having done many commercial and residential builds, remodels, and project management of projects, Jeremy Vitalis, the owner, can help you from the inception to the completion of your project.

Foundation Work/Full Scale Excavation Services
Lawrence Creek Contracting, LLC offers a full scale “outdoor” set of services.
Excavation is our main service. We offer site work from bulldozing your new driveway in to digging your new dream home foundation to leveling your large pasture for your huge new horse arena.
In addition, new septic system installations, repairs of any and all septic systems, new and repairs of water/sewer services, general dump truck hauling of any and all sands, gravels, and dirt.
Site clearing which includes a full service tree service.
Landscaping is another service that we offer.
After your house is built, bring us back to install some retaining walls for you or sod the front of your yard.

Demolition and Roll off services
Lawrence Creek Contracting, LLC offers demolition to go along with their fleet of excavators and dump trucks.
Along with demolition, they also will for soon offering rolloff services.
With a rolloff truck and many different sizes of rolloff boxes, look for this service to “roll out” late spring of 2021!
